"they're perfect! I'm usually a SMALL in most things but I live in the Large and I wouldn't say it's baggy, it fits snug around my waist but the SMALL was really snug. I can sometimes throw heavy pants over it and really feel warm but i'm usually just in a sweater and these over my underwear perfectly cozy."
