How do I start a return?

We hope that you adore what you ordered from NAKEDCASHMERE but, in the event that you don't, we've made it quick and easy to return items to us. For US orders, please click the button below and follow the instructions there to start your return.

What is your return policy?

Domestic Returns:

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and plcaed back into the original bag.
  • After we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • We are sorry to hear that your order was not to our normal high standard. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email stylist@nakedcashmere.com with a photo of your faulty item. If approved, we will respond with a return label.
  • Gift cards are final sale.

Internal Returns:

Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order.

Return labels are not provided for international returns, but please contact us at stylist@nakedcashmere.com to request a return authorization.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Taxes and Duties are not reimbursed by NAKEDCASHMERE. Please contact your local customs department for reimbursement.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

Can I return or exchange a free gift with purchase?

Gifts with purchase are not eligible for exchange. If returning your order, gifts must be returned as well.

I received a gift. How do I return or exchange it?

To return a gift, please visit our return portal here.You will see a link specifically for the return or exchange or gifts. Once you click on that, you will be prompted to input the order number and your email so that we can send you a gift card for the total value of the return that you can use on a new purchase.

When can I expect my refund?

After we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.

*During this time, please allow a few additional days for processing.

Do you refund the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are non-refundable for both domestic and international orders.

What is your Holiday Return Policy?

Items received between 11/10/23 and 12/23/23 may be returned until 1/10/24 subject to our other return guidelines.

Ordering
What is afterpay and how do I use it?

Afterpay is offered as a payment method in the checkout section.

Afterpay allows you to break your order total into 4 interest-free payments. Pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments, due every two weeks!

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To keep our shipping process as efficient as possible for everyone, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. This includes address and shipping speed changes. Additionally we are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order? Can I apply my code to sales product?

If you have a promotional code or gift card to use, you can input that once you have reached checkout, in the box labeled "Gift code or discount code". If you receive an error message and the discount it not applied to the order, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Gifts with purchase are available only for U.S. orders at this time.

Promotional codes are valid on full priced items only. Promotions may not be combined.

Why have I received an email that the item ordered is out of stock?

Unfortunately, we sometimes oversell an item and will need to cancel and refund your order. We never want to do this but with popular items, it can happen. You will always be notified and refunded promptly if this happens and we can always suggest a similar item.

Shipping & Delivery
When will my package arrive?

Our priority is your health and safety.
As we take extra precaution in handling your order, an additional 1-2 business days may be required for shipping. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link.

My tracking says delivered but my order is not here, what do I do?

Sometimes the delivery driver will mark the package as delivered before actually releasing the package. For these scenarios, we ask that you wait 24-48 hours to see if the package ends up getting delivered. We also ask that you check with your neighbors or check around the outside of your house or apartment building. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact one of our stylists so that we can assist you.

How much is shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on US orders $100+.

*Overnight orders placed after 9 am PST will be shipped the following business day.

How do your gift cards work?

E-Gift cards are the perfect gift for that someone special. Choose the gift card total right for you and then proceed to checkout. Once you have completed your purchase, the gift card code will be sent to you via email and you can then choose to print it, email it or copy it into a text to the gift card recipient.

*Please note that gift boxes and gift messages do not apply to digital gift cards. Gift cards are final sale.

Do the gift cards expire?

Gift cards do not expire! There are also no service fees.

Can the card be redeemed in-store?

Gift cards can be redeemed online and in store.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift card orders cannot be canceled. They are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Rewards
How do I sign up for the Rewards Circle?

You can use this link to join our rewards circle and earn points on all your purchases.

Why isn't my referral code working?

Referral codes are for first-time customers only. If you already have made an order previously you will not be eligible for the promotion. If you are still having issues please contact customer service.

Where is my birthday code?

If your birthday is within 30 days of sign up, you will receive your code in 30 days from your registration date. This is for fraud prevention and a limitation of our rewards program.

Can I access my points if I'm not logged in?

No, you need to login to see your unique points balance and redeem rewards.

Can I receive points during promotions? Do I receive point if I use a gift card?

Yes, but you will only get points on the subtotal, not the original.

You will only receive points for the remainder of the purchase that the gift card does not cover. You will not receive points for the gift card.

Can I use my points on sale items?

Yes, points will work on any purchase, but the discount will apply on the new subtotal after you have redeemed your points.

Can I combine two accounts?

How long are my points valid for?

Points go back to 1 year and expire 12 months from the time of purchase. Bonus points were rewarded when the program began and will expire 5/19/24.

Can I use earn points or use them in store?

Yes, just make sure you know the right email address you used to gain the points. The store associates can find you by email.

Why is there a points limit?

If you reach over 6000 points and have more to redeem, contact customer service.

I can't see my points to redeem them?

Please make sure you are logged in to your account to see your unique points balance and to redeem them at checkout.
