"I gave 1 star, which should have been 0. You really need to work on your exchange process. I have initiated an exchange for another size (because if I had returned the item and ordered another size I would be charged a return fee). I shipped the item back the same day, I got en email saying that my item is still in transit (it has been over a week), and then I should allow 5-7 business days for the inspection of the item. Only then the exchange will be released. Are you kidding me?!?! There is no win here, only loss."
