How do I start a return?

SO sorry to hear this item didn't work out for you! To process a return or exchange please visit our returns and exchange portal HERE. The only information you will need is your order number starting with 4000 and your zip code or the email address you used to place the order. If you don't have your order number, we can help locate it for you! Please note returns for refund will incur a $9.95 restocking fee. Returns for store credit and exchanges are free and even.

Once you've processed a return or exchange, we provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back to us. After we receive your return at our warehouse, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the receipt. Once received, please allow 3-5business days(Monday - Friday) for our team to process your return. Once processed, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange as per your preference. You’ll receive a final email once your return has been completed.

What is your return policy?

Domestic Returns:

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns for store credit are free. Returns to the original form of payment will incur a restocking fee of $9.95.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and placed back into the original bag. Please note we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
  • After we have received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • We are sorry to hear that your order was not to our normal high standard. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email stylist@nakedcashmere.com with a photo of your faulty item. If approved, we will respond with a return label.
  • Gift cards are final sale.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Returns:

Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns for store credit are free. Returns to the original form of payment will incur a restocking fee of $9.95.

Return labels are not provided for international returns, but please contact us at stylist@nakedcashmere.com to request a return authorization.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Taxes and Duties are not reimbursed by NAKEDCASHMERE. Please contact your local customs department for reimbursement.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

What is your Holiday Return Policy?

Items received between 11/14/25 and 12/25/25 may be returned or exchanged until 1/10/25. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Can I return or exchange a free gift with purchase?

Gifts with purchase are not eligible for exchange. If returning your order, gifts must be returned as well.

I received a gift. How do I return or exchange it?

To return a gift, please visit our return portal here.You will see a link specifically for the return or exchange or gifts. Once you click on that, you will be prompted to input the order number and your email so that we can send you a gift card for the total value of the return that you can use on a new purchase.

When can I expect my refund?

After we have received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.

*During this time, please allow a few additional days for processing.

Do you refund the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are non-refundable for both domestic and international orders.

What is afterpay and how do I use it?

Afterpay is offered as a payment method in the checkout section.

Afterpay allows you to break your order total into 4 interest-free payments. Pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments, due every two weeks!

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To keep our shipping process as efficient as possible for everyone, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. This includes address and shipping speed changes. Additionally, we are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address.

If we are unable to accommodate your request, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange once received as long as the items are unwashed, unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached. 

How do I apply a promotional code to my order? Can I apply my code to sales product?

If you have a promotional code or gift card to use, you can input that once you have reached checkout, in the box labeled "Gift code or discount code". If you receive an error message and the discount it not applied to the order, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Gifts with purchase are available only for U.S. orders at this time.

Promotional codes are valid on full priced items only. Promotions may not be combined.

Why have I received an email that the item ordered is out of stock?

Unfortunately, we sometimes oversell an item and will need to cancel and refund your order. We never want to do this but with popular items, it can happen. You will always be notified and refunded promptly if this happens and we can always suggest a similar item.

When should I place my order to receive it before the holidays?
Holiday Shipping Cutoff Dates (Order by These Dates to Receive by Christmas)

To ensure your order arrives by December 24, please place your order by:

  • Ground Shipping: Order by December 15 at 10:00 AM CST
  • 2-Day Shipping: Order by December 19 at 10:00 AM CST
  • Next-Day Shipping: Order by December 22 at 10:00 AM CST

These dates are recommended to help ensure on-time delivery for the holiday.

How much is shipping?

We offer free ground shipping on US orders $150+. Order below $150 are charged a flat rate of $12.

2 day shipping is $30 - placed after 8 am CT will be shipped the following business day.

Next Day shipping is $40 - orders placed after 8 am CT will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

My tracking says delivered but my order is not here, what do I do?

Sometimes carriers may mark a package as "delivered" a little early—before it has actually been dropped off. If this happens, we kindly ask that you wait 7 days, as packages often arrive within that time. In the meantime, please check with neighbors and around your home or apartment building for any sign of the delivery.

How do your gift cards work?

E-Gift cards are the perfect gift for that someone special. Choose the gift card total right for you and then proceed to checkout. Once you have completed your purchase, the gift card code will be sent to you via email and you can then choose to print it, email it or copy it into a text to the gift card recipient.

*Please note that gift boxes and gift messages do not apply to digital gift cards. Gift cards are final sale.

Do the gift cards expire?

Gift cards do not expire! There are also no service fees.

Can the card be redeemed in-store?

Gift cards can be redeemed online and in store.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift card orders cannot be canceled. They are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I sign up for the rewards program?

You can use this link to join our rewards program and earn points on all your purchases.

Why isn't my referral code working?

Referral codes are for first-time customers only. If you already have made an order previously you will not be eligible for the promotion. If you are still having issues please contact customer service.

Where is my birthday code?

If your birthday is within 30 days of sign up, you will receive your code in 30 days from your registration date. This is for fraud prevention and a limitation of our rewards program.

Can I combine my birthday discount with other promotions or rewards?

Unfortunately, your birthday discount cannot be combined with other promotions, sitewide sales, or rewards points redemptions. While we love to celebrate you, only one discount or offer can be applied per order. We recommend using your birthday discount on a separate purchase to make the most of your special treat!

Can I access my points if I'm not logged in?

No, you need to login to see your unique points balance and redeem rewards.

Why didn't I receive points for my product review?

To earn loyalty points for a product review, it must be submitted through the review invitation email that is automatically sent to you 3 days after your order is delivered. Reviews left directly on the product page are not tracked by our loyalty system, and therefore won’t be eligible for points. To ensure you receive credit in the future, please submit your review via the email invite.

Can I receive points during promotions? Do I receive point if I use a gift card?

Yes, but you will only get points on the subtotal, not the original.

You will only receive points for the remainder of the purchase that the gift card does not cover. You will not receive points for the gift card.

Can I combine two accounts?

How long are my points valid for?

Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded to your account. Any unused points will automatically expire and be removed from your account after this timeframe. 

Can I use earn points or use them in store?

Yes, just make sure you know the right email address you used to gain the points. The store associates can find you by email.

Why is there a points limit?

If you reach over 6000 points and have more to redeem, contact customer service.

I can't see my points to redeem them?

Please make sure you are logged in to your account to see your unique points balance and to redeem them at checkout.
