"Absolutely beautiful dress! The fabric is lovely, feels high-quality, and drapes beautifully. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is quite sheer, so you definitely need to wear something underneath. I loved it so much that I recommended it to my friend. After seeing it on me, she bought the same dress in green… and then, after seeing the green one on her, I ended up buying one in green too! 😂 So now we both have it. Voilà — apparently, this dress is contagious! 💚😄"

I really wish NC would add a line of 100% silk slips, which are very hard to find. I would especially like one with long slits on each leg to wear under the Gillian dress and other dresses from previous years. Do half slips and various lengths with slits in neutral colors."

"The dress is beautiful and very well made. Incredibly chic. I wanted to wear it as my wedding dress for our somewhat casual ceremony. However, the ecru is just too sheer. Normally, I wouldn't be pressed about it. But you can see through completely and even nude seamless underwear shows. I think it would work great for something very casual, the beach, or with a longer cardigan, but I wouldn't want to wear it if you will be in the spotlight of any kind.
